He likely won't nickname anyone until he's interacted two or three times. So it could always change to another sweet/dessert. My reasoning for him knowing the names of a lot of sweets is that his old taxidermist twoleg ate a lot. ((Basic reasoning i know, but also i imagine oorp, and bunch of random npc kittypets and street cats might know a sweet or two and tell him if he asked for some interesting words)
