DISCLAIMER: I'm no dietitian but this is what I've learned from many people in my circle so I know a lot of you might be trying to lose weight and I think I've figured it out honestly. Tips and Tricks you can use: drink water 60-90 minutes before you eat (it'll help boost metabolism) drink water and go to sleep regularly (it will help burn off fat in your sleep) drink warm water, lemon, and cayenne pepper at least twice a day (morning/night) exercise (small exercises will help burn off calories and keep the weight off) eat fruits and veggies as much as possible (even trade in sugary snacks for healthier ones like yogurt, apples and peanut butter etc) aim for at least two weeks until desired outcome drink water when needed (it'll help your skin and energy levels) drink non sugary drinks (lemon water, cucumber water, sparkling water etc) (no need to skip breakfast lunch and dinner- just volume eat: Volume eating is a strategy to eat larger portions of low-calorie, high-water/fiber foods (fruits, veggies, broth-based soups) to feel full and satisfied- )
