Another Princess of Light #3

Instructions

Young Solana finally awoke, and when she did, it was to the four sages, Link, and Princess Zelda staring at her. This was very frightening to her. Her hands shoot up to cover her face, and she accidentally shoots light out of her hands and narrowly missed Zelda! At this, the Sages and Link quickly pulled out their weapons and prepared to protect their princess. Solana dove under the covers of the bed she lay on and cowered beneath them. Zelda told the sages and Link to stand down. "She means no harm; she is just frightened. She woke up surrounded by strangers!" Zelda scolded them. The sages put their weapons down ashamed, but still wary. Link put the Master Sword back in its sheath and went to train with the other Hylian guards. He had wanted to make sure that the young girl had been okay, but now that she had awoken, he went to attend to his knightly duties. Zelda then said to the girl, "Don't mind them, the sages are just doing their duty to protect me and the kingdom, I am sorry they frightened you". "The Sages? As in the sages of Hyrule?" Solana said in a timid voice; as she said this, she slowly came out from under the covers. "Yes," said Zelda, "I am Princess Zelda of Hyrule and this is Riju, Yunobo, Sidon, and Tulin". As she introduced each of the sages in turn, Solana became more comfortable around the strangers. "Now that you know who we all are, who are you and where are you from?" Zelda asked her. "My name is Solana, and I live in the Hyrule Village Orphanage. My parents were eliminated by Gannon in his recent uprising, and I had no other family to go to," explained Solana. Zelda and the other sages listened with great interest. Then, when she had finished, Riju said to Solana, "I have one other question, what happened to you? A few days ago, when Sidon, Yunobo, Tulin, Link, and I were celebrating Princess Zelda's return, we saw a bright flash of light coming from a forest near central Hyrule. We went to investigate and we found you laying in a clearing in the woods and we were confused. Did you create that flash of light?" The sages and Zelda stared at Solana in wonder as they waited for her answer. After a short time of silence, Solana began to tell the story of what had happened in the woods that day.
