If you hadn't realised it already, it's the 3rd Robot oc after ER-75 and Phyia. I only made it for the studio "The other world of OCs", although I might reference Robin in animations featuring The Element Crew (and Phyia as well) Also Robin is canonically a chill guy unless threatened
The Reference Character I used for the Antennas is Supersonic from Rolling Sky. Also the Soundtrack is a High-Pitched version of BubbleMan Stage theme from Mega Man The Wily Wars, which is also used in a Sonic ROM Hack "Sonic Renovation: Gold Edition" as soundtrack for Maridia Palace Zone Act 1.
