Feb 4 - Start date. LITERALLY SCREAMED okay maybe not literally but the scream was so loud in my head I thought for a moment it actually happened vocally okay The plan is to do a shot of the burning Mossclan territory, with various cats either watching or running across the screen (running away, evacuating others, things like that :D) As of day one, the background and fire are complete, and i'm hoping I can smooth out the fire's progression be it with more costumes or just getting good lol on a different note my files page is just various fire images so it looks like my files are all just burning up tragically Feb 5 - Day 2 Started storyboarding the cats! Don't smite me because they're all going to start in different sprites, I'm going to compress them into one after I finish I REPEAT THEY WILL BECOME 1 SPRITE INSTEAD OF STAYING MANY OKAY Starting with the ghost of Fluoritescar, Skyfall's mate! It's kind of ironic how I'm animating a part that includes the parents of my previous gens cat. These two were such a precious duo, even though they burned a whole clan to ashes. Flu will be watching the blaze as a spirit from the Dark Forest, as she died in the burning near the Gatheringplace. I get the feeling she'd want to see this. Finished Flu's storyboarding! Fairly happy with the results so far, she'll look very good when I switch to the full design over the storyboard version. Finished Swirlingrhapsody's storyboarding! It was difficult to get it to work after I layered it into the collective cat sprite, aka the Flu sprite, but I think I captured the most movement I could with Swirls and that he'll look fantastic in his full glory! Feb 10 - Notice The rest of this week, i'll likely not be making any progress. I have to focus on some things off-site but I think i'll be back next week. thanks for understanding chat! Feb 17 - Return Date! Alright chat we are back and in business again! I'll be finishing storyboarding with Skyfall and then working to turn those storyboards into the completed designs! Hopefully it turns out lol Skyfall storyboarding completed! thanks to @quinnt3ss3ntial for getting in touch with his user off-site and grabbing me animating perms, not to mention the beautiful thumb for the map call! WOAH CHAT DAY ONE OF HAVING PRETTY KITTIES??? first part of the storyboard is complete! which leaves much to be done, but still! Beautiful. Feb 18 - 64 VIEWS!!! chat if you couldn't tell 64 is my favorite number... Working on the next storyboard frame! make it pretty times! Frame two complete! it's really coming along, but my lighting is really hard to clean up despite how good it looks finished. Feb 24 i hope to be getting a bunch more progress tomorrow, im a bit busy today but everything is turning out well when im able to work on it!
