Yes, they do have a scar on right eye, canonically 5'2, has short hair, basically an orphan, 15-16 years old, canonically Nonbinary(?) and pronouns are they/them....... First time making an OC with only they/them pronouns. Andy is basically their half brother. Has like 14 cousins. She also has paranoia so she see her hallucinations 24/7. She's been diagnosed with paranoia since the age range 1-2 years old. She wears braces. Andy basically ignores her since childhood. At least they have the same mother. Stevie doesn't like her either, he just finds her annoying. Her childhood is just being ignorant while mom tries to make her feel better.
