Hello there! Welcome to my very overdue design storage and official Terms of Service project. To start, I want to say that my TOS has been something that hasn't been very consistent over my time of designing, mainly because I simply forget and change it. Even if a design was made before this project, my current TOS still applies. It's just easier that way for everyone involved. Now, onto my ToS! 1. Any design must be kept alive for AT LEAST 35 moons or else the design will return to me. 2. If the cat is ever removed for inactivity, regardless of age, the design will be returned to me. 3. /Any/ redesigns (major or minor) require direct permission from me and respect my request if I say no. 4. My designs may not be FCFS without direct permission from me. I withhold the right to say no (and probably will), and you must withhold that. 5. I withhold the right to take back my design or remove my design from a litter at ANY point if I am made uncomfortable by the applicants or roleplayer or if my ToS is broken. 6. The design will be returned to me if the roleplayer is banned or caught breaking any rules of TSS or my ToS with my design. This includes minor offences at my request. 7. My designs may not be used without direct credit to my account on Scratch or posted off-site without my explicit permission. 8. I withhold the right to rehome any designs taken back from rule/ToS breaking. 9. By using my design, you have promised to read and understand my ToS. You also understand that I am very blunt but will /always/ message you personally (and probably publicly) if my ToS is broken to get my design back. 10. Finally, by using my design and following my ToS, you withhold the right to ask (with a high chance of me answering yes!) for a (updated) reference, approved redesign, or any art of the design you may need for bios, references, SRP, info projects, etc. Do not abuse this power. I will take it away if you do. Alright, that's all of my rules! Please do not make me add more rules because I forget most of them already lol.
