Hope it will help you guys out! Step one: make a circle using the circle tool and draw a. arch over that (the future eye lash) Step two: make two more circles (the shine/reflection.). step three: a little bit under both circles make another arch and fill it in with black. Step four: color in the rest of the white space, NOT counting the two circles. Then using the line tool make small diagonal lines from the arch. To make the other eye just flip the original eye.
