The Olympic Games were broadcast before by the Associated Regional Channels (ARC-CRA now RF3). in 1983, Dexolian Television Union (DTU now Teledex Inc.) became the owner of ARC-CRA. The National Broadcasting Office (now National Telecommunications Council) has given MediaTV the rights to broadcast the Olympic Games. Los Angeles 1984 is the first olympic games to broadcast on Channel 4.
