Seiji Shishikura || Technical || Battle style Original|| Hero || Hp: 300 melee: lunge forward (same as Yellow AFo) and strike the enemy with your palm then then your right then end the attack by slapping them away. Air melee: Knee the enemy pushing them away(faster than sprinting speed) Alpha: Relentless Refinement The Mechanic: Seiji launches his fingers. He can sprint and move at full speed while firing. Tracking: The fingers have aggressive homing; they will curve around corners to find their mark. Special Synergy: While his Special Action flesh pieces are hovering behind him, every Alpha shot triggers one of the floating pieces to fire a small "flesh dart" alongside it. Damage: 45 (Finger) + 15 (Dart) | Ammo: 20 | Cooldown: 4s. Beta: Great Hand of Shiketsu The Shield: Seiji summons a massive, grotesque hand made of meat that stays in front of him and stays up as he sprints. Indestructible: This hand does not have a health bar; it cannot be destroyed by projectiles. It lasts as long as the button is held (or until the gauge runs out). Limitations: Seiji moves 30% slower while holding the hand and cannot aim up. His feet and head (from above) are his only weak points. The Launch: Letting go of the button causes the hand to fly forward like a massive battering ram. Damage: 120 + Heavy Knockback. Ammo: 1000% | Cooldown: 2s. Gamma: Iron Maiden of Flesh (Dual-Charge) The Mechanic: Seiji lunges forward with Flinch Resistance (Hyper Armor). He cannot be knocked out of this startup by basic projectiles or light melee hits. The Squeeze (Part 1 - GP Shred): Damage: 80 GP Damage (dealt continuously over the 3.5s). Effect: Grinds down the enemy's guard, preparing them for the "refinement." The Final Blast (Part 2 - HP Execution): Damage: 120 Raw HP Damage. Effect: A massive direct hit to the health bar that leaves the enemy in a hard-knockdown state.(cannot be used for aerial movement) Ammo: 2 Cooldown: 10 seconds per charge. Special Action Update: Flesh Guard & Metamorphosis The Guard: 4 floating pieces of flesh that fire with Alpha or can be used to Break Stuns (Costs 2 charges). The Instant KO: Stand over a downed enemy to instantly finish them (Costs 1 charge). The Tag Corruption: When an enemy is KO'd by Seiji (either via the Special Action or a standard finish), their Character Tag is encased in a pulsating ball of flesh on the ground. For 10 seconds, teammates cannot pick up the tag. If they try to touch it, they are knocked back slightly and take 10 damage. Ammo: 2 | Cooldown: 20s per charge.
Special Tuning: Dutiful Quirk link After the battle starts, if at any moment where one quirk skill is lower leveled than your teammates, that skill will automatically be leveled up to the same level as the teammate with the highest level quirk skill (for example if I'm level 1 on my beta and my teammate has a level 4 beta it will level up my quirk skill beta by 1 until it becomes level 4 every 1 second if I'm near them).
