STEP 2 – Add a Sound from Scratch Click your sprite Go to Sounds tab Click Choose a Sound Pick one (meow, pop, boing, etc.) Code: When green flag clicked Play sound (your sound) until done ? STEP 3 – Record Your Voice Go to Sounds Click Record Say something like: “Hi! I’m Scratchy!” “Let’s play!” Save Code: When this sprite clicked Play sound (my recording) until done ? Now the character “talks” when clicked! ? STEP 4 – Upload a Sound (Teacher may give a sound like clap, drum, laugh) Sounds tab → Upload Sound Choose file Code: When space key pressed Play sound (uploaded sound) until done ? Press space = surprise sound!
