This Dustman is a take on Dust Man that is more cannibalistic and genocidal then his original take in Mega Man 4. In which Dust Man is depicted as a murderer and cannibal of his fellow robots, and his stage is depicted as a graveyard filled with mutilated robot corpses and zombies.
