"It was warm and sunny but I was shivering. I don't know why I felt so weak, I've faced strong cats before, but that opponent... that Flurryclanner... What was their name? I'm not sure, not that I could care either... They were strong, so strong that I was wounded heavily. I walked back to the camp, hoping to get some sort of aid from the medic, but they were so busy. I went back to the warrior's den, my bl00d dripping slowly down my fur. Red does not look good on green. I was still shivering from this foolish illness, why couldn't I have been healed? I could've just fallen asleep and been fine, but my chest was just heavy and congested. I could feel my head stirring, my vision was blurred. Something told me that I was dy!ng, and it was obvious too. I curled into the comforting ball that had made me smile as a kit, except this time it made me cry. As the world around me slowly faded out into the sound of silence, my cries slowed. Somehow, I wasn't cold or hurting anymore. I opened my eyes to a dark place, there were lots of trees, and the faint scent of blood hung in the air. Was this the so-called Dark Forest that I learned about in my rangerhood? If so, I knew it was final. My time had come." ______________________________________________ Hello, friends and fellows of PikeSpike. It is deeply saddening to tell you that Pike is d34d. Pike fell to a minor illness on January 8th, 2026. He went to the medic den but his illness only progressed. After the UC/FC battle, he received a major injury. If you can imagine, this caused him to be very weak. Pike fell into the paws of the Dark Forest on February 9th, 2026. ______________________________________________ If your cat was a member of Pike's group (The Syndicate of Shadows) please not that the group has not made any lore-efficient changes, despite joining and being introduced. The group may be an heirloom for a future cat of mine and will be reawakened in the hands of said cat (If that's even allowed TwT).
