This is Evulz, one of my favorite ocs and pretty important in my worldbuilding. I gave him a lot of forms, but most of them are outdated (his current sprite (emperor) when you click the green flag is the latest, I just need to update the other forms), so it's mostly just something you peek at in the costumes if you want to account them in the ranking. He has a lot of lore, but the extremely basic synopsis is that he is essentially the lord, embodiment, and source of all evil in creation (out of his own free will, mind you).
