This is Amaterasu Uchiha, named after both the japanese sun goddess and the mangekyo sharingan ability used by Sasuke and Itachi. She is a missing ninja and an apprentice of Orochimaru. Amaterasu has extremely high chakra reserves, enough to use several chakra taxing jutsu in a single day. Being an uchiha, Amaterasu has an affinity towards fire release (fire style: Infernal Valley Jutsu). She has also use water release (water style: Deep Sea Leviathan), earth release (earth style: Mountain Entombment Jutsu), lightning release (lightning style: Arc Flash Dance), wind release (wind style: Vacuum), yin release, yang release and yin-yang release. She has access to the sharingan, having awakened it on the day she completed her first mission as a genin. She can use all of its powers, tho she most notably uses the genjutsu ability. She also has access to the mangekyo sharingan, having awakened it when she witnessed a whole village that she spent months rehabilitating get destroyed by rogue ninja. Her mangekyo has the appearance of the sun. Her mangekyo has 2 special abilities: With her left mangekyo, she uses Okami to create large obsidian chakra golems. With her right mangekyo, she uses Kojin to animate the golems/give life to them as well as give them uffs and other things. Having awakened the mangekyo in both eyes, she can use susanoo in all its stages; even the perfect stage (Her susanoo has a bow in this form). Her susanoo is a shiny sunlight golden color, and uses a special shield called the solar shield. Her susanoo also uses an extremely powerful kekkei mora called sun release (sun style: Summer Scorching Sun). Sun release combines fire, lightning, scorch, explosion and yang release. She also wields the rinnegan in both eyes, having awakened it when Orochimaru grafted some of Hashirama Senju's cells into a burn that she got from a previous battle. She can use all of the rinnegan's powers including access to all five nature transformations, seeing invisible objects/barriers and access to the six paths technique: Deva path, Asura path, Human path, Animal path, Preta path, Naraka path and Outer path. She can also create the six paths of pain using her rinnegan. Her rinnegan grants her a special ability called Andeddo, which allows her to revive the deceased in a similar manner to the reanimation jutsu; the revived gain the usual benefits such as immortality, infinite chakra and their original abilities. However, andeddo also grants the revived a random dojutsu (Sharingan, byakugan, rinnegan, rinne-sharingan, etc). The more powerful the dojutsu is, the more rarer the chances are for a revived person to gain it. Like the reanimation jutsu, andeddo require sacrifices. However unlike the reanimation jutsu, andeddo maintains control over the reanimated at all times without the use of tags or anything like that. She can also use the curse mark as well. Her mark takes the appearance of a sun. In stage 1, it grows into a sort of solar pattern that extends across her body. In stage 2, the mark changes her body to take an appearance that similar to an otsutsuki, having white skin, a pair of horns and sharp black nails. Her arms are also turned into the wings of a bat, yet they can still be used as hands. And she sprouts 9 tails that each have a sharp black receiver at the tip. She also has access to senjutsu and, as a result, can use sage mode (Snake themed). Her most powerful senjutsu technique is sage art: Almighty Sun. It combines her susanoo's sun release and her rinnegan's almighty push, granting this jutsu enough power to strip away another uchiha's susanoo as well as a jinchuriki's tailed beast mode.
