with all of the rotting of brains going around, i always think about the first three nintendo products i ever played. the wii i think i played a few times in 2013, i played the wii u in 2015 or so, and i got my 2DS in christmas of 2017. what a blast from my pretty short past. still remember my first decade-old memory ended up being me breaking the new super mario bros. U disc, good times when my silly self was 3 years old. i enjoy just cleansing my brain with stuff i played dating back to 8 years prior and more. nsmb2, nsmbu, mario party 10, 3ds sound, 3ds camera, and so on and so forth. i sure was a wee bit of an ipad kid since my first was at 5, but i never ended up being too insane as opposed to the other fully gen alpha kids that got way too sucked into it. older roblox wasn't even that bad at that period either, but the new one is miles worse. at least i don't scream whenever i get told to go to sleep and turn it off. i had these three things as a part of my early childhood, and i'm still sorta in it, but this is kinda late into it. sab sucks, most of the new memes suck and have nothing to em, the brainrot sucks, all of it. if there was any time period i would go back to, it'd be early 2019, when electronic day existed once ever and i brought my 2ds that day. memories. it's when everything was simple and enjoyable. on another side note, my mother finally found the N64 controllers and power cord i could no find, and the two NES controllers and zappers, along with the NES to even play those to begin with. in my house right now that i can physically play now is a switch 1, an xbox one, my own 2DS, a Wii U (along with Wii in Wii mode, however me can no use the GC to Wii U controller adapter to use GC on Wii), a GameCube, an N64, a PS2, and a NES. so i'm very happy, and super excited to play N64 on OG hardware after not visiting DraftCade for several years on end! :D oh and to shoot at a lamp to get instant wins in duck hunt :]
