So. Click green flag for music :3 Some kids asked my friend, "When are we gonna crack?" Which I thought was weird, so I looked back at them(they were behind me)(We were walking laps around the basketball courts until the coaches called us to roll call) One said, "What're you looking at, boy?" to which I responded, "I'm not a boy!" I could feel them looking at me, and whispered, "Should I run?", then I ran. They started chasing after me. Running on pure fear and adrenaline, I was running REALLY fast. These were 7th grade boys who were taller than me(longer legs cover more ground faster). I just ran as fast as I could push myself. After 45 seconds of running, I ran into a crowd and hid. I tried acting natural, normal human arm swing, stand up straight-ish. From my spot I could see them looking for me. Hunting me. Then someone in the group(happen to be in my class) said, "[kid I was standing beside's name], look down." I thought, 'are you implying that I am short?' I ran and found a different person to hide behind. After a minute, I started running again, as they had found me and were once again in pursuit. I was running faster than I ever knew I could, because I was so afraid they'd catch up to me. I was running twice as fast as I normally would(not being chased. But I was still running faster than I ever had, and I have been chased A LOT.) I heard one of the two kids(who were chasing me) say, "Man, she's fast!" (Thank you very much, It's your fault for that) I ran into a group of kids, and to confuse them backtracked to the group behind me. I managed to hide for a few minutes, but then they found me. I ran, but now I was out in the open, no where to hide. I pushed as hard as I could, but I was starting to tire. My legs were starting to ache, and due to my fear/exhaustion/panic it was getting hard to breathe. My muscles felt like a fire in my thigh. But I couldn't let them catch me. What would they even do to me? Then(FINEALLY) the whistle blew, and everyone went to role-call.(The chasers were in a different class). I was panting, as I had been running/hiding under much higher stakes than ever before. My fingers were tensed, and I was gasping for air, my lungs threatening to burst. I wanted to run to role-call, but I just couldn't. My fellow outcasts/friends saw everything happen but couldn't run after me(I was too fast and am very good at hiding so they couldn't find me either) comforted a terrified me. For the next 15 minutes, I was still in shock, and was VERY cautious when leaving the locker room. Why are kids like this? They were looking for me; hunting me. I just hope they'll forget over the weekend. Note: This ACTUALLY happened to me, and isn't a story I made up cause I was bored. Ask , she'll tell you. WHY ARE KIDS LIKE THIS ARGH why? MY LEGS STILL HURT THREE HOURS LATER. wait I'm also a middle schooler- Update!
