This Is an animatic I made in around 3 hours. Worked on it nonstop. I’d say it turned out pretty okay! For context: These are characters from a private warrior cats roleplay with my friend! ( @xleafspots ) Characters Featured: Dawnkit (mine) Dovekit ( @xleafspots ) Smokewatcher (mine) Quick Lore Summary: Smokewatcher, the scraggly looking cat who is a Shadowclan warrior, attempted to kill his father who was the deputy and corrupt leader by building a fire in the entrance of the leader’s den, knowing they were both inside and hoping that they would inhale too much smoke or burn to get rid of them. The goal being to try and re-establish the clan’s structure, hoping for a new leader and deputy with the clans best interest at heart. It backfired horribly and he burned down the camp, several cats losing their lives in the crossfire, including the leader. His father, Crowthorn, survived and became leader, exiling him. This made him have to leave his mate behind. Since then, smokewatcher has been a rogue. After continuing to have secret meetings with his mate, his mate brings him kits. (Dovekit, and Dawnkit.) She’d taken them in after they’d lost their mother. She gave the kits to him to raise, as Shadowclan was only becoming more and more corrupted and unstable. Smokewatcher was viewed as a monster by many cats after he burned down the camp, while smokewatcher hadn’t intended to kill so many innocent cats in the crossfire of trying to prevent his father and leader from destroying the clan’s safety. In this animatic, Dovekit comments on how the clan cats look at him, unaware of the damage he’d unintentionally caused.
