Parrot was born in the apocoplse, he heard that rats used to taste better, but now they taste of earth and chemicals. He never would know what he's missing though. He hangs out with his friend, Rokyn. Rokyn is a prototype animatronic for a upcoming-never-to-happen theme park. They were made to have faces acting as both a face with LEDs and a solar panel, this is how he still has power. Rokyn can understand any laungage after a brief scan study. He has hologram wings and painted-looking paws.
