From the deep sea this weird creature has evolved a bioluminescent cap and tail ,the tendrils on under bell ,and near the tail is used to stun prey, and stop predators when their getting chased. The the front feet are an ideal place for star fish to lay, because this creature relies more on the the hind legs and tail, and doesn't use its front legs as much.
