Song featured: David Holmes - Rodney Yates Based on the Myeon Lyra drawing by HEUUGHHrochi Steel wheels & wheel covers drawn by xXPeugeotFanXx - Click the car or use the space/arrow keys to try and understand why anyone bought this rather miserable coupé from the late 90's. - Myeon started to gain a bit of traction in North America, Australia and the United Kingdom with its A and B platform cars. When the successor, the C platform launched - alongside it was the Hycet. With a swoopy, round coupé body it looked... Interesting, but it stood out and was very, very, very affordable so sold quite well when it was new. They were popular with the MAX Power scene of the early 00's and also popular with theives due to their great looks and Really Great performance. Supposedly, the Myeon Hycet was the most stolen car in New Zealand in October 2002. And that's about as interesting as it gets. They had a few headgasket problems but apart from that they were fairly solid, cheap cars. Nobody ever really looked after them though and they're a very rare sight on the roads nowadays. Probably a good thing considering what they look like.
