alright so i have added some rules! - tfc only but if it's gens, i will do something on-base and very simple. - the requester and the winner must read and abide by my tos ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1256839244/ ) - i will be incredibly picky. if i think i'll be able to finish it withing a few days then i'll do it but if i can't then it's a no. -the host may redraw the kit for the litter but please notify me. i will say yes but i want you to tell me first. -if the host gets on my dni before the litter is hosted, i will take back my design. -follow most of my tos please!!! -note that i'm in an improving stage of art. i am not perfect, but litter designs are more than the art, they are about the /design/. i will improve but i'm still at "eh" stage.
