The Byckosz Accords, or simply the Accord, was a military alliance from 1885 to 1917. It was originally between the Rodlish Empire and Sotian Empire, though in 1894 Atrosia would also join, after a brief standoff along the Atrosian-Osenlander border. The Accord would participate in the Second Continental War, fighting against Gresse's New Imperial League, or simply the League. The Accord would go on to win the war, with Solia joining in the opening months, and Ostonnia joining in 1908. In 1912, after the Accord's decisive victory at the Fourth Battle of Ledtz, the League would begin peace negotiations in the city of Bestelow in Rodland, on April 3rd. Originally, the Accord aimed to force heavy concessions out of the League, and declare a total victory, though League delegates, especially Kaiser Friedrich III of Gresse, managed to negotiate an unconditional armistice, going into effect only a day later, on April 4th, 1912, at 4:04 am. With the death of Friedrich III three weeks later on April 28th, and many League members in disarray, the Accord would quickly begin a second round of negotiations, one for the terms of their decisive victory in the war. The Accord would struggle postwar, especially after the Red Sunday crash in 1913. With the collapse of the Consulate of Ostonnia in 1916, and mass revolts brewing in many other members, the Accord was officially dissolved on August 3rd, 1917.
