Bard: "Oh there used to be a king, not mad with power, but mad with grief. He lost the thing that made him whole, sacrificing the thing that made his name told. Now rumours say he wanders through lands, but that tale is one yet told"
Our story begins back in the medieval era of a civilisation called Rubire, where the prince known as Ravion was born. He wasn't just another ordinary member though, rather both blessed and cursed with the enigma known as "Soribus Gaze". This feature gave him the grasp of everything he could imagine, by simply changing it to his desire. The only symbol that it was happening was the patterns in his eyes. As he grew, so did his name. Because in this world, power is earned through respect, blood, and strength. Ravion managed to claw his way to the king at the mere age of 15, by completing the trial of kings. Once he had endured countless battles, without rest, he had to defeat his own father in a duel to the death. When he managed to do so, he successfully managed to take over his father's throne. He was now feared across the lands, but not because of his cruelty, but for his strength. This, caused the other three nations to panic. They knew what he was capable of, and knew he must be neutralised. Then came the day of the final war. Ravion stood alone, outside his kingdom's gates. Infront of him were blades sharpened to kill, arrows ready to rain, and the other three kings, ready to die for the planet's sake. The duel emerged, blades clashed and blood spilt, but not from the king who never bent. He managed to combine two aspects he mastered to unleash a brutal onslaught against the endless fleets, making sure none were spared. But when it came down to the final king, they struck his eye with a blade of steel, designed to stop healing. Ravion had lost a core part of his strength, but not fully. He then struck the final blow, before shaking his head. He knew he couldn't rule now he was like this. So, he passed the crown onto his successor and told him to await his return. The dunes then became a friend to the king of fate, as it's the only place he knew to escape.
