Knife throw: Fourteen will throw his knife to any target, dealing 50 damage on hit. If used close ranged, he will do his "wombo-combo" slash, and deal 75 damage. If missed, his knife throw ability is disabled until he picks up his knife again. If the knife is picked up, the exact locations of his "mates" will be seen for 3 seconds, before fading away. Aim and fire: Fourteen will stand in place for 1.4 seconds, before pouncing on any target he desires. If hit, he will pin them down and slash them five times, dealing 10 damage per hit, before throwing them, laughing at the sky hysterically. If missed, Fourteen will look around for 1 second, before continuing his fun. Shoot 'em all: Fourteen will spin his gun before aiming at a target. Shooting one will cause 70 damage and inflict slowness. Missing will cause Fourteen to get knocked back from the impact, recovering for 3 seconds before getting up and continuing his game. Passive-Maniacal: As the game starts, Fourteen will have a "Manic bar" in which upon kill, will increase by 25%. If it reaches 100%, he will scream insanely, causing 10 damage upon everyone, and play one more game. For the duration of his game, he is immune to all stuns but Thirteens, and is 40% faster. He also deals 14% more damage, though it doesn't stack. The duration of his game is 14 seconds, yet it resets upon kills. And disappears completely if in LMS, no matter how much time you had.
Fun fact: Thirteen was the one who gave him the Top hat, while Asher was responsible for giving him his 'tools.'
