Free Jumping with Citrus! _ Today was a nearly-perfect day to start training! It was perfectly cloudy, and it wasn't too windy! I wasn't feeling the best, so I ended up deciding to do a few quick training sessions with my horses! Citrus is one of our new eventers, and has been well-trained already! He's extremely hardworking(and cheeky!) and was raring to go! I took him over a few jumps, starting at 60cm, and at one point we got up to 1m! I'm planning to start him slow for now, as I'm not 100% sure of his triggers and such, but he's been such a sweet boy <3 I was honestly too lazy to find his tack so I decided to ride him bareback but it was pretty shaky so I'm definitely going to be riding him with some proper tack next time!
