Chapter two When I try to go after them, they just pushed me away saying, "We don't want to be friends with a gay freak anymore." I fall back into the wall, "Are you serious we have been friends forever why leave me now, you've known I like men and never said anything why now!" I demand, these boys have been my friends for 3 years and I came out to them 2 years ago. They don't answer me, they just walk away. When I see where they go my fast fills with rage, they are going to sit with the kids that have made fun of me this whole time. But I know I have to sit down so I go to a table alone and cry, I am so far from anyone no teacher can see me. But then I her a small voice whispers something hard to make out something like, "I saw what happened are you okay? You can sit with my friends they are just like you." "LIKE WHAT A GAY FREAKS!" I yell at the kid and insteadly respond, "I am so sorry. Please don't get too mad and leave me, I am not doing good right now." I'm crying though my hands now, "Please don't leave me. Please." She looks at me and registeringly answers, "I would never leave someone like you, expeshaly right after that. You can trust me my name is Sam they/them, and you?" I am surprised at the fact that they are non-binary, and trust me enough to tell me, "Oh ya I'm Andrew but call me Andy, he/him an-." Another kid comes over and just tells me, "Come on sit with us we understand what you are going through." They usher me over and give me a seat. "Everyone meet Andrew!" She says it like an announcer, so confident and powerful, "He is like us please tell us more about your self Andrew." I smile and introduce myself, "Hi I am like she said Andrew but call me Andy, I use he/him and is gay aka I like men." Everyone greats me to the point where I feel like I can trust them with my life and I have only known them for 3 minutes. For the rest of lunch everyone introduces themself, there is Ember she/they lesbian, Sky he/him trans and also bisexual, the one who introduced me was Sarah she/her pansexual, and of course the one who first talked to me Sam they/them.
