Collaboratios were inherently colonial organisms, conjoined meaths coming together to bind forth an entity capable of allowing them to survive as zooids. Their reproductive method was kept from their transition to coastal dwellings, albeit much less efficient, relying on high tide to carry their polyps. A peculiar branch of Fungas, at one point, had mutated to have released an individual zooid independent of the polyp package. Despite it's size, the zooid managed to survive, being in a nutrient-rich soil where it could feed from. Over the centuries, Ovatumorpha was born as a direct descendant of the Lolligo Fungas, and a much smaller competitor. In droves, these oddities have independently developed much stronger roots to grip on the various surfaces of Talamhgaile as they feed on nutrients Rich waters and detritus on the coastal and Intertidal zones. Ovatumorpha reproduce at the end of their lifecycles by exploding their upper halves, releasing thousands of spores and killing themselves in the process. Freshwater and Saltwater variants dot alongside the Kambalatubo as those who stare beyond the nursery into the vast, empty world.
