My basketball game at school, one of my guardians(won’t say for private reasons) said their isn’t any such things about panic attacks for kids, pls DONT report im just sharing my story. “L” is a code name for one of my comfort people sadly he wasn’t there to help. I have atychiphobia and moderate severe depression And 3 more diff Anxiety's. *note: death anxiety wasn’t the reason for this panic attack, mostly the other 3 ones I have that cause panic. Sadly my school won’t allow me to bring my essa’s most of the time, and the day I needed it most was one of my worse panic attacks, because I almost blacked out and fainted
