tết nổ :))) ***space or click to navigate posting ts bc i am a proud vietnamese who wants to share her culture :))) these are sum photos i took on lunar new year when i went on an annual trip to my hometown :D me n my family would stay at my grandparents' house every year so most of these photos were taken there :> 1-2. my dog Mr.Golden!! 5 days before the LNY (lunar new year) celebration this random dog ran into my grandparents' home so my grandma took him in n fed him :DD he was VERY energetic like a lil puppy and my mom loved him cause she had always wanted a dog but we live in an apartment so we can't get one :(( he looks sad in this photo tho cause my grandpa chained him up :(((( he doesn't know how to take care of a dog unfortunately. Mr.Golden ran away after a few days while we were having lunch tho so i was super sad cause i haven't gotten much time to play w/ him yet before he escaped :((( 3. my neighbor's black chicken lmao he looks like a burnt rotisserie xDD 4. random scary toy i found at the hypermarket ToT who designed this abomination omg??? 5. mochi i had w/ my cousin IT WAS HEAVEN the mochi wasn't too sweet n melted in my mouth omg 6. i think it's a squash idk i saw it outside my house in the fields n decided it was worthy of being photoed 7. sunset :00 8-9. GIANT banh troi my n my cousin made :)))) (banh troi is a small dough ball w/ a sugar cube inside that s boiled then enjoyed) we enjoyed eating it until we realized it was undercooked T^T worse thing is we wouldn't have realized if not for my mom pointing it out lmao 10. some pork i had at midnight :))) i couldn't take any photos of the firework tho ;v; funny story my friend's family when celebrating lny put the fireworks too close to the chicken abode (idk) and the sparks k!lled 5 chickens ToT that night they had a huge chicken buffet lmao 11-13. midnight noodles w/ my cousin (she's my bestie lol) while watching whisper of the heart (peak movie btw) :DD best sleepover i've had in ages tbh we played among us + uno no mercy and watched reels together uvu 14. stayed up till 2:30am and got YAO QUANG FOR ONLY 45 PITY WHOOOOOOOO 15. chicken couple i saw when visiting my dad's friend for tet :>> 16. big phat hen :00 srsly i've never seen one this big?? AND THAT'S ALLLLL THIS YEAR WASN'T THE BEST YEAR BUT I STILL REALLY ENJOYED LNY LOLL I HOPE YALL DID TOO <333 NOW BYE BYEEE
