This is a Green Beret Shoulder Patch, specifically for the Airborne Special Forces. The three lightning bolts represent their ability to strike at high speed in the air, on land, and at sea. It's a highly sought-after collectible for US Army enthusiasts like myself. I found it by chance in a pocket on the old military uniform my grandpa gave to me.
