Since free chat isn't allowed in scratch, i made a project which displays as a safe chat only to ordinary users, and as a free chat to admins. Currently under progress. The project can switch between chat modes, but It doesn't have a way for admins to change it through a cloud switch. Currently chat mode changes if you click the background. The cloud switch enables admins to decide who has access to free chat and who has access to safe chat. Safe chat and free chat messages do not mix. Cloud switch is currently under programming. With the switch, this project won't get taken down.
