I placed these in order of when I got them (from bottom to top and right to left) and then also placed this description in order from top to bottom. Rocky the Singing Lobster - I got it on Christmas, only his mouth worked and there were still batteries (albeit exploded) in it. I've since managed to repair everything, which was simple as the only real problems were a wire that came off a motor and an over greased gearbox. I tried cleaning the battery compartment to no avail, I may try again soon, however there is a wire I accidentally pulled off it that I will need to resolder. (update: I managed to clean his battery compartment with a combination of pure lemon juice and 91% isopropyl alcohol, although my brother in law had to solder the wire back, because it was being weird, and it only works without the battery cover, so the battery cover is now in my spare parts) Big Mouth Billy Bass - Also a Christmas present, the motor shaft gear for his tail was split, which I since replaced, and some sort of gear is broken in the mouth is horribly broken causing the mouth to only vibrate slightly, however I can't open his gearbox because there are stripped screws. I plan to eventually get another and swap their mouth mechanisms, then sell the one I don't need. I haven't tried cleaning his battery compartment, however a spring is completely eaten off. Update, I just replaced him with a new Billy Bass entirely, fully works now. Tommy Trout - I bought this one myself, his track gear was dirty but that was his only real problem. The other problem being that the wire to the mouth motor wasn't all the way through the hole from the plaque to the fish, causing the head to not go off. After pulling it off on accident a few times, I finally managed to get it working perfectly again. Big Mouth Larry Lobster - I did chores for this one, and he was untested when I got him due to a corroded battery compartment, which I later cleaned and he works on. Originally both his motor shaft gears were split, and a ton of his screws were stripped-ing (st doesnt like that word), but after a while I managed to replace the gears and he works now, although his tail gears do slip if I use him too often. I should also mention, I never managed to get the split gear out of the gearbox, so it's still in there stuck to the plastic wall. Fossil Diplomystus - I had this shipped here from Japan for like, 92 dollars. I convinced grandma it constituted as an early birthday gift and that she didn't have to get me anything else. It came in amazing condition and didn't need any work done. Croc-O-Rock - My sister found this one brand new for sale locally on a site I'm not allowed to name. I watched his mouth gear split the first time I powered him on, and within the first two hours of having him, replaced the gear. His mouthpiece is snapped causing the mouth to not close all the way and for it to open lopsided, although it still works pretty good. 275 dollars of pure, unadulterated fish.
autism since this project was made, i got a christmas billy bass (country) from a flea market, boogie bass off ebay, and i have a superstar lobster rapidly approaching my location
