At first glance, Jacob's Ground Ficedula would look, frankly, alien even for Talamhgaile's standards. Further analysis would prove, however, that they were actually distant descendants of the Ficedula Lasair who had successfully underwent the transition of the Intertidal Zone to Land as one of the most unique ambush predators of it's kind for the sandy shores. The infamous display structures that it typically possessed, once a fiery red in coloration, have transitioned into a dark green to mimick those of the wavelengths emitted by Kambalatubo. For most of the day, Iacobs will hide themselves into the purple soils and sands, sticking out antennae emitting chemicals that other coastal dwellers would be interested in. When they got close, the Iacob would suddenly lunge outward from their burrow in frightening speeds, their developed musculature equipped to extend their necks to capture prey. In their jaws, the Iacobs will use their frontal pair of holding arms to keep their prey in place as they rip them apart with their strong jaws, as well as turn more well-guarded prey around. Their legs, streamlined rather peculiarly like an Equine, were flexible and could bend to allow for them to sit in place. These adaptations would make the Iacobihumus thrive as absolute nightmares on the intertidal zone for populations of other Arbors. They make their residence on the Coast, Rivers, and Marshlands.
