Before anything, Garou gets experience over Naoya even though Naoya is older, because Garou knows more martial arts styles, fought more people, and is just more skilled overall, he has much more experience than a random cocky guy that has more frames than the entire season 3 of OPM. I only did this for the memes, lol :p Also, I'm watching a lot of anime that are still coming out + anime I'm already currently watching + reading manga + doing school/home work + chores at work + other things... What a pain...
