Been a while since I've done Scratch. Oh well, I'm back. I canceled Warp II....concept was buggy and I gave up halfway and quit for a month. Now I'm back with a game called Sharpshooters: ****** VERSION v2.2.2: Putting a buggy ship out of it's misery.****** Today, I will put a ship out of it's misery: The Gunship. It has been suffering terribly from bugs and indestructibility, and so was more of a detriment than an actual help to the game. I will take the ship off life support today. RIP Gunship, you were fun while you lasted. ****************VERSION v2.2.1: Freespace 2 music******************* I added FreeSpace 2 music, composed by Dan Wentz. Nice chaotic messes again :D ***************VERSION v2.2: Sirian Unity:The Start*************** ID: David Marthanis, Commanding Officer Year: 820 AS (as of Sirian calendar), 2437 (actual year) Location: Planet Halen December 23 is the day that will change Terran history. A malfunctioning research probe discovers a previously unknown part of the universe known as the Sirius Sector. What was expected to be a desolate galaxy actually was home to a lost group of people that were thought of as dead during the evacuation of Earth at the hands of the Coalition. They prospered and grew during the time that they were lost, wielding ships that could power 4 engines, but yet could move faster and turn faster than our ships- all while having unsurpassed fuel efficiency. The Council was the first faction encountered to discover the probe, and hasty communications were made. We built a hypergate that could connect the 2 groups. The Stellion is the Council's very heavy fighter, designed to attack by brute force as well as tactical intervention. We found the ship and moved it in for further study. Right now, only a special few can fly this godly ship, as demonstrated in it's astonishing hull integrity, it's massive powercore, and it's multiple guns. However, this model came with only the turret hardpoint, as the Council feared we could manipulate the technology and one day turn against them with it. We will definitely try to keep our good relations. They also handed over the X-Shuttle, a vessel that was well armed, had good defenses, and advanced surveying and scouting equipment. This model came in the Sirian form as well, but the engineers over at Port Talbath modified it for compatibility with our guns. This is the year that will change history. *******************VERSION v2.1.2:Debugging******************** Why am I letting you guys know about EVERY...SINGLE...*wheeze* UPDATE?!........*sigh* I'm getting tired of this. No, just kidding *giggles* I realigned all of the ships so that the turret wasn't positioned at a funky spot ****************VERSION v2.1.1: Efficiency Upgrade************** I removed the 2 wings on the Partisan Mk II since they looked weird on such a polished ship. That's all. Goodbye. **************VERSION v2.1: Terran Shipbuilding Upgrade************* So, I added the T'Farri and the Partisan Mk II for your enjoyment on Update v2.1. Story: Terran shipbuilding and engineering reached new levels in 2596, allowing for more fuel-efficient space engines and cleaner fuel, as well as sturdier armor for combat ships and flagships. Out of the ships with new technologies, the Partisan Mk II represents a large step, being nothing like it's older variant, with a new design and a better defense system. The T'Farri is a captured F'err fighter that was disabled in the A'ahk alien system and taken back by a Terran research frigate. However, minimal restoration clearly couldn't bring out the ship's former potency, as the F'err crystals that could increase the ship's durability didn't reactivate. It is now being used by willing members of the Terran fleet. ******************VERSION v2.05: MUSIC FOREVAH!!!***************** Who wants to hear the same old, chaotic music from first-person-shooters and war games? No one, right? .....right? Well, anyway, I've switched the chaotic messes with some nice, peaceful dance music from SmK (thanks for the great music). It should put you in a better mood. ***VERSION v2.0: The beginning of a new chapter for the Terrans.*** November 21st is the day the Terran Confederation decided to improve their space fleet. The Falcon Mk II is commisioned as a full-time fighter, and can now be used on a regular basis. The Spectre is announced as a restricted fighter and is a top secret program. A new experimental armor is also introduced, and is now used by RainbowDashie007.
