Jeezy C, I keep forgetting how absolutely buggy this becomes when I take it from PenguinMod to Scratch. Anyway, it's about time I upload another demo to Scratch. I'm working on making a new engine for it that will hopefully work 10x better for what I'm planning. You won't see it here, though. ------------------------ Menu: Click "New Game" to play. (Continue does nothing as of now.) Map: Use the arrows to walk around. When touching the desired level (both are nearly identical) press X. When the dialog pops up, use Enter to enter the level, or A to close. Level: L/R arrow keys to walk X to jump A to run Down arrow key to slash (might be replaced or improved later on) ------------- Known Bugs: -When falling into the sewer, you have a good chance of teleporting out-of-bounds or dying by falling through the floor. Thanks, Griffpatch!
New Changes: -Added music and sound effects to various things. Now it's not an e n d l e s s v a c u u m o f s i l e n c e -Made a better background. -Removed the ability to beat the level (Temporary. I'm working on making the level longer.) -Changed the color of "Adventures" on the title screen cause my little sister suggested it (it looks better i think) This game is the effort of the curators/managers of the TAoC dev studio. Thank you guys! Some sounds are sampled from Pixabay or PenguinMod's sound libraries. Level engine based on @griffpatch's very old scrolling platformer tutorial on YouTube. (I will replace it later with my own custom engine.) Map engine based on my old Specterslappers demo. (r.i.p. specterslappers </3) Title screen originally made by @juliangamer524 using @catgirl0565218's redraw of the old logo, redone multiple times by myself. (Still retains some original pieces of code from @juliangamer524 and is somewhat similar in feel to the original, both evident when you select "New Game.") All art done by me.
