Instructions translation: This game is like Cookie Clicker, except you click on fries. The burger and the Coke are rewards; Once you reach a certain point, you can buy one of them, but you lose some of your points. You gain free clicks by purchasing one of those items. Each automatic point per second translates to one extra click gained every second. (e.g. If I have 5 automatic points per second, I will get 5 clicks every second without needing to use my mouse.)
