You might want a pencil/pen/marker/whatever you are drawing with, and Paper/whatever your drawing on. or you can draw in scratch like I usually do. you also might want something to color your drawing with. Like and Favorite to get more things like this, I might do one for dragon wings, tails, or just whole dragons! Click the screen, Space, D or Right arrow for next. A, and Left arrow for previous. All other instructions in the project. I'm actually wondering how I got the last one to look that way.
I drew EVERYTHING in scratch... don't recommend it. this is a really simplified dragon. if it wasn't done on scratch then I would probably have blended some of the colors. Don't steal my art, you can ask me for it, or... make your own.
