This is kinda accurate with the rest days. You regain stamina after sets, but be careful, too much sets result in muscle loss and fatigue. If that happens, take a day to recover. You may need 2 or 3 to reach full stamina. But each recovery day takes muscle points, so use it wisely. Recover before your stamina goes all the way down.
I got the idea for this while working out. Right now it has treadmill and bicep curls, but I might add more exercises later.
