Uh yeah. Here’s some art I guess. (Click to progress and see more) —————————— Mhuahahaha! You have been distracted! Now let me ramble bout my worldbuildning (Just so you’re aware, I’m not really looking for feedback, and ideas for said worldbuilding. Just wanna ramble a bit) So, if you’ve been watching the art I’ve been posting, you might’ve noticed that not all of them are, like, cats. (Also my Live Roleplaying Oc is here, they’re the blue guy) Those are characters from this worldbuilding I’m gonna discuss. I’m currently rotating the setting (or more closely said, the time setting) in my mind. Before that happened, it was kinda medieval, and not something that I thought that much about. - cause nearly all fantasy is in medieval times. Then it went into early industrial stage, cause, machines. (Machines are pretty cool, and also it’d be a lot more unique, and I liked the vibes of machines+magic) (I think (or I know) that it might’ve been inspired by a Christmas calendar (the ones you watch) who was in the same kinda timezone(?)) But then I’m looking back at it, and I think moving it into a kinda early sci-fi would be neat. I think this is pretty inspired by both rain world and cloud gardens (I haven’t played cloud gardens, but the visuals are the prettiest I’ve seen in a game, I am madly in love with it) (shoutout to cloud gardens) (go google it or smth, very pretty) So I’m thinking post apocalyptic right now. Which is a problem. Cause I am a warrior cats artist. I draw animals and nature. Not buildings. So I’m on the road to get a better visual library (think that’s what it’s called) and draw a lot of stuff like that. The thing with rainworld that is really cool, is the way that biological modification is used so much (and other stuff, but that’s beside the point). You have a super computer - whoops, it is an entire ecosystem, so like alive. I have a very vivid image of my setting, with these flowers who grow on blood, and them being everywhere. (Pretty, pretty) So, uh. I need blood to be everywhere. So now the houses are alive. That way I get alive machines, like in rainworld and that’s pretty cool. (Why worldbuild if not to take all the things you like and mush them together) (I’ve drawn a concept of the house, but it is on an iPad, so I can’t really share it here)Notes, cause I wanna say my thoughts, but I can’t really say them. ✦ They have like a starting point, and the houses grow out of that point like a tree’s roots or branches (which could make me call the systems, crowns. (Like treecrowns)) ✦ I’m thinking that the heart of the crowns is the place where you can resurrect people. I have a really cool image in mind bout that(explaining this is its own can of stuff. Just trust me) ✦ I can make every house an itty bitty factory, which means I can make smoke and chimneies everywhere ✦ I can make houses a hivemind, and also fake god and evil (same can of stuff as before) ✦ I can call normal houses Coldhouses ✦ UHHHH ZOMBIES CAUSED BY HOUSES
