1. Sketch. Do it in a color that isn't too dark but light enough like red. Should be sloppy and undefined. We will fix it later. 2.Use blue to mark where lighting would go, purple for shading and green to mark where patterns or shifts in color occur. Pick one side for lighting and the other for shading. They shouldn't ever meet 3.Outline on another layer. Don't be scared to let the sketch get covered for now. Duplicate for thickness or leave the same for thin lineart. 4. Pick colors. I get my colors from ( coolors.com) but I use a color palette in this shot. I usually make the snouts and bellies lighter and ears darker. 5.color. Fill tool isn't always good on kleki so I do it by hand. 6. Turn down opacity on all layers use yellow fro lighting and blue for shading, if your drawing is more blue, use a more red for shading and use a more blue for lighting. 7. Turn down opacity on the lighting and shading layer and turn all other layers back to full opacity. 8.temporarily turn all opacity off besides line art and lighting and shading. Use the gradient tool and select circle gradient and use the color you used for lighting. 9.do the same but a lighter version of the lineart or similar color like pink. 10. Remove gradient that isn't on or inside the lineart. Note: mine is messy. Do better than me lol. Make sure all layers are now visible. Add any extra details or color shifts by erasing the gradient layer in spots, like how I added the eye spot. And you're done!!!!
