altho it has been a day since the anniversary since the day of order twilight sparkle announced she couldn't do a speech on the day, since certain, memories, that she was flooded with that had a role with her depression, of course, with the civilian population already being aware of said depression, understood this, and gave her some space, the next day, she had the motivation to give a speech now, here is what she said: "my fellow ponies, it has been, quite the rough ride hasn't it? I mean, its been years since the age of chaos ended, but... i think we can all agree that it felt recent, and if I am being honest, I am certain that we all were not expecting or ready for something like that to have ever happened, and I am most certain that something else can happen to us that we are not ready for, that is why I encourage that we begin to develop our technology, especially our infrastructure, transportation, and space technologies, because, we would definitely get defeated, if not annihilated if we fought an outside force, yeah we haven't found one of these outside forces but the odds are never 0. but either way, their is just no way i cant put a positive spin on it, that is why we have to develop our technology if we are to survive. yeah i might sound a little 'blunt' but... I have already lost enough ponies i care about to things we weren't prepared for, which is why I'm saying we must develop our technology, so we can possibly be prepared"
