It will wait variable 'wait' seconds. Every time, 'wait' will reduce by 'wait_wait'. Sorry for the long variables.
07/31/2018 - New formula for wait_wait, now cubes it each time. The cube is what it adds next time. (0.1, 0.2, 0.2008, 0.20095, etc.)
