Tsub in the side order gear!! this one was really popular (along with the Acht one), I spent wayy too long trying to figure out the suit ;-; also weird detail to remember but, i was watching a Jaiden video while drawing this :] I think one of her nuzlockes? 3. Honestly sick as hell Nano drawing. It was so good i made a few variations where i experimented with cropping it a few different ways. I definitely envisioned this piece with more perspective but i didn't know how to execute it lol 5. genuinely HORRENDOUS Jax drawing from early tadc release- i was trying to practise realistic rendering and make it 3D and heavily referencing the reference image, but i couldn't get it lol–i also tried cel shading instead but his smile just makes him look creepy. kinda irrelevant but someone recently commented "EW" on the original project, which is like,, valid... but that's really rude and disrespectful. genuinely keep your thoughts to yourself. its just unnecessary. sorry it just kinda irked me. 6. Jax but more cartoony stylistic! and also with the 'add' layer mode because i discovered blinding yellow lighting and thought it was the shiyet 7. Jax thing I had as my pfp for a bit, holy grain 8. Animeme spritething i repurposed to be a png! Honestly this one is still quite nice, I still like it 9. another animeme thing from my number one most popular project of all time! Metro! It was meant to be Tsub as the octo expansion protagonist ig (hence different coloured hair) with a murder drones easter egg on the wristband- not a lot of people caught that lol :') 10. Snowboots from my Honey animeme! cutie patootie but im pretty sure that one flopped real hard lol 11. Dreamcatcher MYO by @Norwth!! i lowkey never drew this guy again but the colours are genuinely pretty good, i know i keep saying this for like every old oc but i miiiight redesign 12. pfp! 13. the eel from the spongebob movie because i liked the colours– i think this probably took like 10 minutes lol. what a silly guy 14. CONCLUSION (idk) hmm that's all the art i have for you but i'd like to yap a little more. i think the main takeaway is; KEEP CREATING!!!!! even if you don't like your current art, the only way to make something you like is to keep trying! Also, don't make things for the sole purpose of posting it to an audience. I was stuck in that hole for a while, sacrificing quality for seeing how many projects i could post in a day, because CONTENT! People will watch anything, i thought. WHICH IS A CRAZY THING TO THINK AT THAT AGE, BECOMING A SOULLESS CONTENT MACHINE BEFORE BEING OLD ENOUGH TO..idk. DRIVE IS *WILD*. But ultimately, the things that i didn't put much effort into weren't liked as much as the things i actually tried hard to make. (the two jax animemes are the exception. but only because it's jax). Being consumed by the need for views and likes is very bad, actually. And I'm glad my brain developed a little more so now I can look back and realise that there was a point where I wasn't enjoying creating.
