1999-2004 Belafo Comoda (C4) - (USE FULLSCREEN WHEN VIEWING PROJECT) The turn of the millennia brought forward a new age of technology, and philosophy for Belafo. Belafo's "Millenia" refresh was a big gamble for Belafo. If they succeeded, they would have more market share, their collapsing stock share would rise, and the brand would finally get the recognition it deserved. The first car Belafo would bring to the market in their new brand identity was the Phase Four Comoda. The car would share the same basic underpinnings as the previous car, and the same 2.0L powertrain, but it had an all-new body and aluminum monocoque, making it lighter and more efficient to build for Belafo then its predecessor. The Comoda would be styled by the famous VCV styling house, and would be designed to be as good looking as possible from all angles. With its bold design and powerful engine, would the Comoda 4 succeed? The answer was yes. It very much succeeded. Demand on launch at the 1999 Turin Motor Show was so high in fact, Belafo had to completely remodel their Sicily factory to keep up with demand. Reviewers were impressed with the initial car, however some felt that Belafo made the car not what they wanted to be, but what they could be, as their bank account was drained. Journalists praised the car for its handling and steering, however they noted that some interior materials were poorly made, and sometimes on LX models, the heated seats took quite awhile to heat up. In the end, the Comoda helped Belafo become the sales monster it is today. - Prices (Used)(2026) $500-$3750 (Up to $6000 for GT) Music is from Olive Garden on the N64
