In case you don't know who Volten is, he's a character that @PenzaMation made for me, and his Hotline251! new mascot character. You can even see an artwork render of him in which project. Yeah rule of thumb: If I say that there is additional stuff in an artwork project, then just hit the space bar to be able to see it, cus I don't think I need to tell you at this point. Also it might be a little difficult to read cus the photo was taken via my 3DS, but if you can read it then you'll notice why I've censored it, cus theirs swear word, and I don't wanna get reported for it.
