So I found a bug, where if you give the sawblade the command "x" and surround it with a couple of solid tiles, it moves around weirdly. This level demonstrates a way it could be useful, where you have to climb to the top without being hit by the sawblade. I don't see it being useful anywhere else though, because it moves so slowly.
