The brighter the green on the gun glows, the stronger the blast or the longer it can be used. The only way to "recharge/reload" them is for chaos energy to be imbued into them once more. This can be from a chaos emerald, the master emerald, or someone with a buttload of chaos energy. You can scrap this and just say they are fancy pistols if you want :D The first aid kit on his leg most likely isn't for him. I like to think he has it just in case someone else gets hurt. I made the leather jacket brown because I thought it would just look better. I made him have this tired expression because with Black Doom Involved he'd probably not be getting much sleep; instead, he'd be going around trying to fight off the enemies. If you want to change anything about it, just give the call boss :3 Vector: I put him in some "basic detective" style outfit. I made it so that he's missing a chunk of his tail and he has a very bad face wound. In his bag is some basic supplies for his team, survivors /civilians, and for himself.
