Official Reboot for the character and design
In 1816, the goddess, using the form of a golden cattle statue for a cult, praised the statue for its chaotic power. But when the statue was demolished in 1876, its true form having been split into two parts, in 2013 she created something that would give her more power. So she pretended to be a Nano from a website called Scratch and feeds on damned souls, spreading her influence on them.
